If you wish to purchase search credits that can only be used by you, and not shared with others on your team, you can do this at the personal billing level.
(If you want your whole team to be able to use your searches and you are a team manager, please read how to set up a team billing account here)
To purchase a People Search Bundle with your personal billing account:
- Once logged into Family Connections, navigate to your profile(click on the icon in the top right corner and select "my profile")
- Click 'Billing Accounts'(by default, you should always see your personal billing account)

- Click the icon under 'Add Credits'
- You will be taken to a billing page to set up a payment method and/or enter your promo code.
