How do I find the date when I created a workspace/Family Tree/Genogram? 

If you have a Team Manager role in Family Connections, you can find this information under “Reports” and “Logs.” Otherwise, ask your supervisor or another user with a Team Manager role to look it up for you. See the screenshot below.
